![]() ![]() The issue is within installing the downloaded content. It was pretty simple to get the content in the downloads list from the official website, it downloaded properly. The error is "Installation failed: Please make sure your game has the latest Software Updates and try again." The content doesn't appear in Installed Content and they of course don't appear in the game either. When I try to install them when the bugged icons are showing, when the game installer fully loads it immediately bails out and shows an error for each item intended to be installed, and doesn't install the content at all. I think this issue started when I accidently deleted the save folder trying to transfer The Sims 3 mods to my laptop. Before this, I was able to play the game with the downloaded content correctly for a year or two. For some reason, since a few months ago, the Downloads section of the launcher started glitching and showing my premium downloaded content I purchased from The Sims 3 Store and custom content I downloaded online with generic cardboard box icons like in the corner of the Downloads section. ![]()
